A&S Property Management SMS Notification Program (operated by Anand Rentals)
A&S Property Management provides an SMS text message notification service for current residential tenants of properties managed by Anand Rentals in New Jersey. The program sends transactional messages related to your tenancy, including:
This is a transactional messaging program only. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.
You will receive approximately 2 to 6 messages per month, depending on your payment status and lease timeline. Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any charges that may apply to messages you send or receive.
By completing the SMS consent form at aspromanagement.com/sms-consent or by signing a lease agreement containing an SMS notification clause, you provide your express written consent to receive text messages from A&S Property Management at the mobile phone number you provide.
Consent is voluntary. You are not required to opt in to SMS notifications as a condition of renting or purchasing any property or service. Opting out will not affect your lease, tenancy, or any services we provide.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Our SMS program is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

A&S Property Management and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or errors in the delivery of any SMS messages. Text messaging services are provided on an "as-is" basis. SMS notifications are provided as a convenience and do not replace your legal obligations under your lease agreement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
