SMS Notification Program
A&S Property Management (doing business as Anand Rentals) offers an SMS notification service to keep tenants informed about their rent obligations. This page describes the program and allows tenants to provide consent to receive text messages.
What Messages Will You Receive?
- Rent due reminders — Notifications when your monthly rent is approaching its due date
- Overdue notices — Alerts if your rent payment is past due, including applicable late fees
- Lease renewal notices — Information about upcoming lease expirations and renewal options
- Property notices — Important updates about your rental unit or property
Message Frequency
You will receive approximately 2 to 6 messages per month, depending on your payment status. Messages are transactional only — we do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Sample Messages
"Hi Jane, this is a reminder from Anand Rentals. Your rent of $1,800 is due on March 1st. Please make your payment on time. Reply STOP to opt out."
"Hi Jane, your rent is overdue by 5 days. A late fee of $50 per day applies. Please contact Anand Rentals immediately. Reply STOP to opt out."

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Your Rights — Opt-In and Opt-Out
Consent is voluntary. You are not required to opt in to SMS notifications as a condition of renting. Opting out will not affect your lease or tenancy in any way.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
- Contacting us at (347) 697-5542
- Emailing us at admin@aspromanagement.com
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
